Professional Activities

Courtney is a frequent speaker on employment law issues and federal court practice and procedure. She has given presentations for the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the Federal Bar Association, the Oregon Law Institute, the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries, the Multnomah Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and numerous other organizations. Courtney is also the immediate past president of the Oregon Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has been a board member since 2003. She is a member of the Owen M. Panner American Inn of Court.
